Pastel Straw Hats (1ct)

Mediocre. I thought I was purchasing four children's hats in four different colors as shown in the photos. The hat which arrived were all blue.

All hats the same color, so a little disappointed. Otherwise, they were great.

I purchased little girl hats for tea parties that I do. (we'll decorate them at the parties) They've not been used yet, but they are very decent quality and especially for the price! The photo had 4 colors and while I understand purchasing in bulk will give you a variety, I was a bit disappointed that I only received 2 colors. For little girls, I would prefer to be able to give them at least 3 choices. I wanted to buy more hats, but didn't want to get more of the same color so I contacted the company and received a quick reply, even though it was a holiday weekend. I told him I wouldn't mind if I got more of the same colors, but would it be possible to get at least a third color. He looked in the inventory and they had 2 other colors and he said if I ordered right away, he would try very hard to get the colors I wanted. Their inventory goes fast and he doesnt ever know what colors they will get in next. I then ordered another 20 hats, emailed him and told him, and sure enough, within a shorter amount of time I was told of delivery, I received my hats in the colors I wanted! Now the little girls have a choice of 4 colors. I'm so excited as they will be too. Thank you for great customer service!
